Assisted stretching is a hands-on technique where a trained professional helps you stretch your muscles, improving  flexibility, mobility, recovery and alignment. Unlike stretching on your own, it provides a deeper and more targeted stretch, relieving tension and reducing stiffness. It's perfect for enhancing performance, preventing injury, and simply feeling better in your body.


Active stretching involves holding a stretch using the strength of your own muscles without assistance. This type of stretching engages the muscle opposite to the one being stretched to create tension and elongate the targeted muscle. It improves flexibility, strengthens muscles, and enhances joint range of motion. Active stretching is often used as part of a warm-up to prepare the body for movement and prevent injury


Personal training sessions are tailored to your specific needs and goals. Each session typically includes:  

1. Warm-Up – Gentle movements to prepare your body.  

2. Main Workout  – A mix of exercises focused on strength, flexibility, or mobility, depending on your goals.  

3. Cool-Down  – Stretching and recovery to relax your muscles and prevent soreness.  


Every session is customized to keep you motivated, challenged, and progressing toward your fitness and wellness goals.


Wear comfortable, breathable activewear that allows for easy movement, like leggings, shorts, or sweatpants with a fitted top. Opt for supportive sneakers if the session involves strength or mobility exercises. For stretching-focused sessions, barefoot or socks with grip work best. The key is to feel relaxed and unrestricted.


We understand that life happens! Here’s our policy:  

- **Cancellations**: Please provide at least 12 hours' notice to avoid being charged for the session.  

- **Rescheduling**: You can reschedule within 24 hours without any penalty, subject to availability.  


This helps us manage our schedule and ensures everyone gets the time and attention they deserve.

  • If your injury is acute (recent or severe), avoid stretching the affected area until cleared by a healthcare professional.
  • For chronic issues or stiffness, gentle, guided stretching may help, but it’s best to consult your doctor or physical therapist first.

Welcome to Staec Fit — your space for movement, mobility, and mindful living. Please take a moment to read through our policies before booking a session or package.

🗓️ 1. Booking & Rescheduling

  • Appointments must be scheduled in advance and are confirmed once payment is made.
  • Rescheduling or cancelling? Kindly notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Late cancellations/no-shows will be charged in full.
  • Running late? Arrivals beyond 15 minutes may result in a shortened or forfeited session.

💳 2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • All sessions and packages require full pre-payment.
  • Payments are non-refundable. In case of medical emergencies, partial credit may be granted at our discretion.
  • Discounts and offers are time-limited and non-negotiable.

🧾 3. Package Validity

  • 5 Sessions → valid 2 months
  • 10 Sessions → valid 4 months
  • 20 Sessions → valid 6 months
  • Packages are non-transferable and expire after the validity period. No extensions, refunds, or sharing allowed unless agreed in writing.

🧠 4. Health & Safety

  • Please disclose any injuries or medical conditions before your session.
  • All services assume you’re fit to participate in physical movement.
  • Staec Fit is not liable for injuries resulting from non-disclosure or ignoring guidance.

🌟 5. Code of Conduct

  • We maintain a safe and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of service without refund.
  • Staec Fit reserves the right to refuse service.

🔒 6. Privacy

  • Your information is kept confidential and used only for service-related communication.
  • By booking, you consent to receiving reminders, updates, and wellness tips via WhatsApp or email.

🚨 7. Force Majeure

  • We are not liable for missed sessions due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g. illness, emergencies, weather).
